  • Registration: Interested individuals register to join AmyHair.
  • App Account Provision: Upon registration, AmyHair provides collaborators with an account on the AmyHair app.

Step 2: Training and Onboarding

  • Training Sessions: Collaborators undergo comprehensive training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and app usage.
  • Guidance: AmyHair offers ongoing guidance and support to ensure collaborators are well-prepared for sales activities.

Step 3: Product Offering and Sales Preparation

  • Product Knowledge: Collaborators familiarize themselves with the various wig products, including styles, materials, and pricing.
  • Sales Materials: AmyHair provides sales materials, including catalogs, promotional items, and marketing tools.

Step 4: Order Placement

  • Using the App: Collaborators use the AmyHair app to place orders for customers.
  • Order Details: Enter detailed information about the customer’s order, including product specifications and quantity.
  • Order Confirmation: Confirm the order with the customer and ensure all details are accurate.

Step 5: Payment

  • Online Payment: Collaborators facilitate payment through the app’s integrated online banking system.
  • Payment Confirmation: Receive instant confirmation of the transaction within the app.

Step 6: Order Processing and Production

  • Order Categorization: Orders are categorized based on availability.
  • Custom Orders: Sent to the manufacturing facility in Vietnam for production.
  • Available Models: Prepared for immediate packaging.

Step 7: Quality Control and Packaging

  • Quality Check: Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure products meet AmyHair’s standards.
  • Packaging: Carefully package wigs to protect them during shipping.

Step 8: Shipping

  • From Cape Town: All orders are shipped from the AmyHair headquarters in Cape Town.
  • To Collaborator: Packages are sent to the collaborator’s address if they choose to handle delivery.
  • Direct to Customer: Packages are sent directly to the customer’s address if specified by the collaborator.

Step 9: Delivery Tracking and Notification

Step 4: Payment

  • Online Banking: Collaborators use the app’s integrated online banking system to process the payment.
  • Payment Options: Provide options for credit/debit card payments, bank transfers, and other online payment methods.
  • Transaction Confirmation: Receive an instant confirmation of the transaction within the app.

Step 5: Payment Confirmation

  • Verify Payment: The app automatically verifies the payment and updates the order status.
  • Notification: Both the collaborator and the customer receive a notification confirming the payment and order status.

Step 6: Production ( with non-avaiable wigs )

  • Production Queue: The order is placed in the production queue at the AmyHair manufacturing facility.
  • Progress Tracking: Collaborators can track the production progress through the app.

Step 7: Shipping and Invoice

  • Prepare for Shipping: Package the order and prepare it for dispatch.
  • Generate Invoice: The app generates an invoice, which is sent to the customer and available for the collaborator to view.
  • Shipping Notification: Notify the customer and collaborator once the order has been shipped, including tracking information.

Step 8: Delivery

  • Track Shipment: Use the app to track the shipment until it reaches the customer.
  • Delivery Confirmation: Confirm the delivery with the customer, ensuring they have received the order in good condition.

Step 9: After-Sales Service

  • Customer Support: Provide ongoing support for product maintenance and any other inquiries.

  •  Quality Control: Each wig is produced according to the customer’s specifications and undergoes a thorough quality check to ensure it meets AmyHair’s standards.

Step 3: Packaging

  • Custom Orders: Once production is complete, the custom wigs are carefully packaged.
  • Available Models: Wigs that are already in stock are immediately packaged.
  • Packaging Standards: All wigs are packed securely to protect them during transit.

Step 4: Shipping

  • From Cape Town:  The packaged wigs are shipped from Cape Town to either the collaborator or directly to the customer, based on the collaborator’s instructions.
  • Collaborator Delivery: If the collaborator opts to receive the wigs first, the package is sent to their address.
  • Direct Customer Delivery: If the collaborator specifies direct delivery to the customer, the package is sent to the customer’s address.

Step 5: Delivery Tracking and Notification

  • Tracking Information: Both the collaborator and the customer (if applicable) receive tracking information.
  • Monitoring: AmyHair continuously monitors the delivery process to ensure timely arrival and to address any potential issues.

Step 6: Final Delivery

  • Delivery Confirmation: Upon delivery, the collaborator or the customer confirms receipt of the package.
  • Feedback Collection: AmyHair collects feedback from the recipient to ensure satisfaction with the product and delivery process.
