Timeframe
- Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions
- Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Customized wig orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Process
1. Customer Request:
- Collect the necessary information from the customer (reason, order details)
2. Verify Conditions:
- Ensure items meet return/exchange conditions and are within the 7-day window.
3. Contact AmyHair:

- Provide customer details, order info, and reason for return/exchange.
4. Courier Collection:
- AmyHair arranges a courier to collect the returned order. Customers do not pay return shipping charges.
5. Processing:
- Exchanges: New order sent after receiving the return and delivery fee.
- Refunds: For custom orders, 50% deposit is non-refundable. Refunds only for manufacturing errors. Refunds processed via EFT or Payfast after return is received.
6. Notify Customer:
- Keep the customer informed throughout the process.

- Items must be securely packaged for return.
- AmyHair may refuse refunds/exchanges if conditions are not met.
